We have designed vision systems to
inspect stamped parts for cracks in between transfer presses. Using quick disconnect
mechanisms Intelligent Sensing concepts allow for quick tooling changes, thus reducing the
impact of the additional inspection equipment in the work cell. We have designed vision
systems to inspect stamped parts for cracks or mis-welded items on surfaces that have many
challenging surfaces. Inspection systems using robots for part presentation increases the
efficiency of the work as well as adding quality to the process. |
