Currently, label changes stop production - for a matter of minutes to several hours.  Even the most experienced press operations  use a certain amount of guesswork in setting roller pressure from one job to the next.  Trial runs result in considerable scrap while manual adjustments are made to correct the print inconsistencies.

With Printficient automation, you begin your print run at the pre-established ideal roller pressure, which is stored within the system's hard drive.  This means there are fewer adjustments required, less guesswork and a shorter time to production-quality print.
