This
monitoring system displays real-time inking roller pressures from
the end of each roller, enabling operators to see, at a glance, if
their set-up is distributing the desired pressure uniformly.  As
temperatures rise, our patented technology automatically adjusts
roller pressure to compensate for swelling and contraction. Additionally,
Printficient immediately identifies foreign object infiltration
onto the rollers, so the printer can be stopped immediately for
minimal waste. If for some reason printing is not suspended,
the system's software tracks and identifies surface variations for
immediate source identification. The
system even detects worn bearings before a failure occurs, again
